Today we had your electrician installing power and lights to a garden building.
I felt I had to write as we were both very impressed with his work and respect for our home.

Electricians arrived on time , made easy work of a difficult install, I was very impressed by their good workmanship.
After completing their testing they took time to explain the operation of the new fuse box, they also checked all my electrical fittings.
They also thoroughly cleaned up and checked that we were happy with what they had done.
They were friendly and very professional and a credit to your staff selection and training program.
In a day and age when it can, sadly, be less than satisfactory to invite unknown individuals into one’s home, it was an aboslute delight to deal with both of your chaps – they acted professionally and pleasentaly in all aspects and the work was completed with the minimium of disruption – very comforting.
I contacted Electrical safety to advise me on changing my lights to LED energy saving type.
They conducted a thorough survey of my house and made very sensible recommendations and highlighted the savings that I would achieve.
Within a week they installed a number of new lights and lamps, and now I am enjoying the savings on my electricity bill.
All for a very reasonable cost.

May I take this oppurtunity of expressing our complete satisfaction both of the very professional job done, and many thanks to your excellent team.
I am writing to say how pleased we were with the speed and effeciencey which the replacement of our storage heaters was carried out, your electricians impressed us with there ability, thank you for all your help.
May we in these few words show our appreciation for the way your staff spoke on the phone, to the electrician on his initial visit and last but not least whom we found very polite and thoughtfull to two senior citizens, this was what was I was used to in my hey day.

Further to the installation today of a new consumer unit, I felt it necessary to contact and advise of my experience.
The lady that made the initial contact was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and was not at all ‘pushy ‘.
I apologise as I cannot remember the gentleman’s name who did the initial survey , possibly Phil, however, I was aware of two potential problems, the aforementioned consumer unit and that my recently installed gas was not earthed. After a full survey there were three problems found, the two I was aware of and an unsatisfactory earth on my water supply. I was delighted that there were no other faults and decided to instruct electrical safety to undertake the work.
08.30 on the dot, a young electrician called Davey arrived to complete the work, he was prompt, extremely polite,but most of all extremely fastidious. Towards the end of the installation and during the inspection a fault was found with the earthing of the lighting in the front section of the bungalow. Many workmen would have ‘ lost control’ at this point, or even left the problem unsolved, but not your man, he was not leaving until everything was perfect.
Finally he took the time to take me through the operation of the unit,and the necessary maintenance and advised me what I had purchased, total peace of mind regarding my electrical circuits.
The whole experience has been a pleasure from beginning to end. Well done ELECTRICAL SAFETY , I would not hesitate to recommend.
