“ESG “in this document means Electrical Safety Group Ltd. (” We” or “ESG”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

By visiting and using the Site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy.

For the purpose of data privacy laws applicable to our Site and broader offering, including, without limitation, the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”), the data controller in regards to your Personal Data is ESG . WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

We process your Personal Data (as defined under GDPR) in order to undertake home improvements, electrical inspections and or to complete electrical works with the customer. In some cases, we work with business partners to make these services more widely accessible.

Our lawful reason for processing your personal information will be “legitimate interests”. Under “legitimate interests” we can process your personal information if: we have a genuine and legitimate reason and we are not harming any of your rights and interests or will be “A contract with the individual” eg to supply goods and services you have requested.

We do not collect ‘sensitive data’ (that is data about such matters as your religious beliefs or political opinions etc.).

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

It may also be processed by personnel and/or third party suppliers engaged by ESG who operate outside the EEA. POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN

ESG does not knowingly collect personal information from minors who are under the age of 16 through the Websites and/or the Services. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without his/her consent, then he or she should contact ESG at the address described below. If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files.

YOUR RIGHTS

Applicable privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) give you certain rights in regards to the Personal Data We collect about you. Those rights include the following:
